Join our first online Women on the Move Programme! This 4 week programme is for beginners who are looking to start their journey to becoming active. Participants must commit to completing two online 35 minute sessions each week, led by LSP tutor Katy Hurley. Sessions will include a variety of exercises and discussion around nutrition. Please note that your camera can be turned off throughout. You will also be encouraged to check in each Friday with our Sports Development Officer Eadaoin, with the option of submitting your weekly weight/measurements and/or asking any questions you may have..
