Physical Activity and Sport

Physical activity is a fundamental aspect of a healthy lifestyle and can help improve cardio fitness, muscular endurance and bone strength. It can reduce the risk of diseases such as cancer, diabetes and cardio vascular diseases, while also being attributed to positive mental and social well-being.
