CLICK HERE TO REGISTER......The Women on Wheels programme is a 8 week women only cycling programme where female cyclists are provided with progression training from 0 to 60k in order to complete a cycling challenge. The participants will be encouraged to complete "Think PInk Cycle Challenge", Pieta House Cycle and Team Sophie Mul Cycle.
The programme will begin on 28th August for 8 weeks - this will involve 6 Mondays and 2 Saturdays due to fading light in the evenings.
The group meet every Monday and some Saturdays to complete distances from 20k to 40k. Instruction is given on bike maintenance, nutrition, fitness, gear change, hill climbing and descending throughout the programme.
